Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please note the following refund terms (based on the event start time): • Full refund if you cancel more than 72 hours (3 days) before the event. • 50% refund if you cancel between 48 and 72 hours before the event. • No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time. Tickets are transferable at any time. If you’d like to transfer your booking to someone else, please contact us with the new attendee’s name and email. We understand plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to help where possible. Weather & rescheduling As this is an outdoor experience, if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable (heavy rain, very strong winds, or extreme heat warnings), we will reschedule to a new date. If you can’t attend the rescheduled date, you may transfer your booking or request a refund/credit in line with the refund terms above. Please note: any ticketing/payment processing fees charged by the platform may be non-refundable.
