Fresh Sudachi (Japanese Citrus)

Please Note: Due to quarantine restrictions, we are currently unable to ship fresh Sudachi fruit to Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT) or Tasmania (TAS).

A rare Japanese citrus prized for its intensely aromatic juice and unique flavour.

Often described as a cross between a lime, lemon and yuzu, Sudachi is widely used in Japanese cuisine to add a bright citrus lift to drinks, seafood, dressings, marinades and desserts.

This is the same citrus we use to make our handcrafted Sudachi Marmalade.

How to Use Sudachi

  • Add to sparkling water
  • Use in place of lemon or lime
  • Squeeze over seafood and grilled meats
  • Make dressings and marinades
  • Add zest to baking and desserts
  • Use in cocktails and mocktails

Harvest Information

2026 has blessed us with an exceptional Sudachi harvest. Last year the birds enjoyed most of the fruit before we could harvest it, but this season our trees are absolutely loaded, allowing us to share fresh Sudachi with our customers for the first time.
