Valentine’s Day Pre-Order Bouquets
Skip the imported, week-old supermarket bunches. These are farm-grown flowers, cut fresh to order at Vast Harvest Permaculture, seasonal, garden-style, and made with care.
 
Sizes
Medium Bouquet – $30
A generous seasonal bunch of farm-grown blooms and foliage.
 
Large Bouquet – $50
A fuller, showier bunch with extra stems for maximum impact.
 
Pick-up & delivery (please read – strict)

Friday Pick-up: 3:00pm–6:00pm
Friday Delivery (Stroud only): delivery after 2:00pm
Saturday Pick-up (Stroud only): 9:00am–12:00pm strictly (no delivery Saturday)
 
Important: Flowers are perishable. Please collect within your selected window. 
Seasonal availability
Varieties and colours may vary depending on what’s blooming at harvest time. The size/value you select will be honoured (Medium or Large), and the bouquet will be made in a fresh, seasonal farm style.
 
Care tips (to help them last)
Your bouquet comes with a sachet of flower food, use it when you first place your flowers in a vase.
 
To get the longest vase life:
Trim the stems 1–2 cm on an angle with clean snips before placing in water.
Use a clean vase and fresh, cool water (add the flower food).
Top up the water daily, flowers drink a lot, especially in warm weather.
When the water starts to look cloudy or smells off, empty the vase completely, wash it, and refill with fresh water.
Each time you change the water, re-trim the stems (another 1–2 cm) so they can keep drinking well.
Keep the bouquet out of direct sun, away from heat, and away from ripening fruit.
